So, I think a good leader has to know how to control many people. People are attracted by a good speaker. The number of people who cooperate with him depends on his promotions , for example how to speak, how to use information.
In addition, a good leader has personality and clear vision. A unique person is remarkable and create good chances.
Lastly, we don't forget a good leader has to have courage. A good leader is really hard and will have a lot of problems but he will be able to overcome them with his courage.
I think a good leader is made by other people or his own. There are sometimes a man who has a talent to be a good leader , but it is not usual, I think.

You think that attractive person will be a leader. That' a nice idea. I think powerful and strong person will be a leader, but your opinion, attractiveness is neccesary for leader,too!
